Scope of Work Provides health care services, applying pulsed radio-frequency waves and magnetic energy to assist diagnosis or treatment.
Performs magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures, computer processing and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitioner.
Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure.
Role model for comprehensive care, addressing the physiological and socio-cultural needs of patients and their families and acts as a resource to other MRI staff in managing complex issues.
Assures equipment is present and accounted for at the beginning and end of each shift.
Assists in and facilitates employee development.
