• Potential: $350,000+ in the first year; potential to exceed $700,000 with growth and patient volume Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with primary and secondary headache and migraine disorders Perform in-office headache-related procedures such as Botox for chronic migraine, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, and infusion therapy Collaborate with advanced practice providers to enhance patient flow and clinical outcomes Participate in limited shared call rotation Document all encounters and treatment plans accurately within the EMR system

Qualifications
