The physician will join the Primary Care team, managing an average of 18-22 patients daily under a quality versus quantity model, focusing on patients 18 and older with chronic disease management and routine screenings. Responsibilities include collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team and utilizing dedicated administrative time built into the schedule.
Candidates must possess a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.), or M.B.B.S degree and be board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine. A minimum of 1-3 years of primary care experience, an active California medical license, a valid DEA license, and active BLS certification are required.

Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
