The Physical Therapist organizes and conducts rehabilitation programs for patients with physical or psychosocial disabilities, directing participation in selected activities to restore health. This includes performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, executing treatments competently, and educating patients and families.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a current Licensed Physical Therapist license in Ohio and/or a Multi State Compact license. Required attributes include professional initiative, objectivity, good time management, and the physical/cognitive ability to treat patients and assist with mobility.
