The Direct Support Professional will assist individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in completing everyday living tasks, including housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, and employment support, while also providing transportation and running errands as needed. Responsibilities also include helping plan schedules and completing daily documentation and reporting within the electronic health system.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and demonstrate basic knowledge of housekeeping, nutrition, and safety protocols. Essential requirements include having interpersonal skills, attention to detail, dependability, and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
