• Join our practice in Las Cruces, NM where CRNAs and MDs practice independently alongside each other in a Collaborative Anesthesiology Team.
• You’ll join a collegial team of 18 CRNAs and 5 anesthesiologists who prioritize inter-professional collaboration to ensure we provide our patients with the best possible anesthetic care.
• CRNAs will practice to the full scope of their license and independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc.
• A facilitator is available to help run the board, for consultation, and for a second set of hands in an emergency.
• A great work environment that strongly values CRNAs.Case Variety:General, Cardiovascular, GI, Urology, Ortho, Bariatrics, Podiatry & GYN.
• At least one year of experience is required.
