Market context

Vermont advanced practice roles stay competitive

Advanced-practice roles in Vermont often draw steady demand in primary care and other outpatient settings, especially for candidates who can manage a patient panel and bring several years of progressive clinical nursing experience. These positions are competitive because employers typically look for a BSN plus graduate-level advanced clinical practice preparation, and benefits such as PTO, medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match can influence offers. Job requirements and benefits here are AI-summarized from the original posting, helping you review the role faster before applying.
