The Part-Time Nurse Practitioner diagnoses and treats acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses within Senior Care Facilities as part of a healthcare team. Key duties include analyzing patient data to form diagnoses, recommending interventions, ordering tests, maintaining records, prescribing medications, and educating patients on self-management.
Minimum requirements include current and valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in Missouri and access to insured, reliable transportation, along with 6 months of prior NP work experience. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience in Nursing Home settings and 2+ years of Pulmonary experience.

Under the direction of the Clinical Operations, the Full Time and/or Part-Time NP diagnoses and treats acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses, as part of a healthcare team within Senior Care Facilities. This role will require 5 days for Full Time and/or 3 days for Part Time of direct patient care per week within Senior Care Communities located in the greater St. Louis area.
Minimum Requirements: Current and valid NP licensure in MO Access to insured, reliable transportation 6 months of prior NP work experience Preferred Requirements: 2+ years Nursing Home Experience 2+ years of Cardiology and/or Pulmonary experience 2+ years of prior NP work experience Professional Skills: Compassionate Resilience Integrity and Humility Inspired Innovation Demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving.
