The role involves assisting residents with high-quality personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, vital signs checks, and meal support according to policy. Responsibilities also include completing documentation, communicating with relevant parties, providing planned activities, and responding promptly to call lights and emergencies.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, and while not strictly required, one year of experience as a CNA, PCA, HHA, or RA is preferred. A valid state ID or driver's license is also necessary for employment.
