Market context
In Michigan, perioperative RN openings in pre-op, PACU, and OR settings are typically driven by ongoing surgical volume and the need for nurses who can move between procedural areas. These roles are competitive because employers often prefer candidates with surgical, ASC, PACU, ICU, med-surg, or telemetry experience, plus an active Michigan RN license and BLS.
