The Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist provides comprehensive psychosocial assessments and behavioral health care, maximizing the client's ability to direct their own health care experiences through assessment, intervention, education, and resource linkage. Duties include using age-appropriate skills, promoting multi-disciplinary, patient-centered care, and maintaining thorough knowledge of community resources and policies.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree and hold the required unrestricted license (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT) in the state of practice upon hire, along with Basic Life Support certification and an NPI number. Required experience includes one year in a mental health setting plus three to five years in a related environment such as an FQHC or medical outpatient clinic.
