Candidates must possess a Master's Degree and hold a current unrestricted license (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT) in the state of practice, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and a National Provider Identifier (NPI) before starting. Required experience includes one year in a mental health setting, with a preference for three to five years of related professional experience in environments like hospitals or FQHCs.
