The Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist provides comprehensive psychosocial assessments and behavioral health care, supporting clients in directing their own health care experiences through assessment, intervention, education, and resource linkage. Duties include using age-appropriate skills, assisting members with cost-effective health care plans, promoting patient-centered multi-disciplinary care, and completing required documentation.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree and hold current, unrestricted licensure in the state of practice (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT), along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and a National Provider Identifier (NPI) before employment starts. Required experience includes one year in a mental health setting, with a preference for three to five years in a related environment such as an FQHC or outpatient clinic.
