The Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist provides comprehensive psychosocial assessments and behavioral health care, supporting clients in directing their own health care experiences through assessment, intervention, education, and resource linkage. Duties include utilizing age-appropriate skills, promoting multi-disciplinary, patient-centered care, and maintaining thorough knowledge of community resources and relevant laws.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree and hold current, unrestricted licensure (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT) in the state of practice, along with Basic Life Support certification and an NPI number prior to employment. Required experience includes one year in a mental health setting plus three to five years in a related environment such as an FQHC or medical outpatient clinic.
