Float RN

As an RN on the Float Pool team, the individual will apply clinical expertise to deliver exceptional patient care across various units, building trust through a positive and reliable presence. Success requires knowledge to manage diverse disease processes ranging from minor to critical situations while maintaining composure.

Candidates must possess an unencumbered license to practice as an RN in Arkansas and are required to have one year of experience in a Critical Care environment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the AHA is mandatory, with other certifications potentially required based on unit assignments.
