This role involves being a member of the multi-disciplinary health care team responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing optimal nutritional care and education for patients and clients. This must be done in accordance with established standards of care.
Candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of normal and therapeutic nutrition, including requirements for all ages and disease states, and the ability to assess nutritional status and develop comprehensive care plans. Required credentials include active registration with The Commission on Dietetic Registration and a current Dietetics Practice License in Ohio or Kentucky.
