How you will make an impact Provide physical assistance with activities of daily living Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships Plan and facilitate social activities for the neighborhood residents Assist with menu/snack selection and partners with the Service Associate in serving to ensure adequate nutritional intake of all residents and provide in-room dining experiences where requested Assure the resident’s room and neighborhood are kept tidy to minimize environmental hazards which may impact environmental safety What you will need PCA, HHA, or CNA certificate in Virginia is required. Current CPR certification is preferred Complete a Safe Food Handling and Preparation Class (within 30 days of hire) Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
