The MDS Coordinator, an RN, is responsible for conducting and documenting accurate patient assessments and interviewing patients and families. This role also involves collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure timely completion of resident assessment protocols and patient care plans.
The ideal candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN) capable of managing the MDS calendar and ensuring timely completion of assessments by all departments. Excellent time management, organization skills, and exceptional communication abilities are required for this position.
