The specialist will provide support, guidance, and interventions to individuals with behavioral and conduct disorders, focusing on improving their social and emotional well-being. Key duties include conducting assessments, developing behavior modification plans, implementing therapeutic strategies, and collaborating with families and the multidisciplinary team.
Candidates need at least 2 years of experience working with adults with behavioral disorders, a strong understanding of behavior modification principles, and excellent communication skills. Preferred qualifications include RBT certification or a degree in a related field, and experience in a community mental health setting.
