The Occupational Therapist will provide individualized, in-home therapy to pediatric patients, focusing on developing fine motor skills, sensory integration, daily routines, and overall independence. Key duties include conducting evaluations, delivering evidence-based therapy, educating families, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with care teams.
Candidates must be a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Texas and possess excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Pediatric experience is preferred, though strong new graduates with a strong interest in pediatrics are encouraged to apply.
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to pediatric patients. You’ll work closely with children and families to support the development of fine motor skills, sensory integration, daily routines, and overall independence. Scheduling Options: Part-Time: Up to 24 visits/week Full-Time: 25+ visits/week Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and develop customized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based therapy in the patient’s home environment. Educate families on strategies to support daily living and skill building. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
