About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to pediatric patients. You’ll work closely with children and families to support the development of fine motor skills, sensory integration, daily routines, and overall independence. Scheduling Options: Part-Time: Up to 24 visits/week Full-Time: 25+ visits/week Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and develop customized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based therapy in the patient’s home environment. Educate families on strategies to support daily living and skill building. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Requirements

Candidates must be a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Texas and possess excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Pediatric experience is preferred, though strong new graduates with pediatric interest are encouraged to apply.
