The technician will provide personal and medical care support, including assistance with bathing, dressing, medication management, and basic wound care, while fostering a positive, therapeutic atmosphere for clients recovering from injuries. Key duties also involve facilitating prescribed physical and occupational therapy exercises and accurately documenting patient progress and participation.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license, with healthcare experience being preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level role. Applicants must also be able to lift 50 pounds and commit to becoming certified in CPR/First Aid.

In this vital role, you will play a key part in our clients' journeys by fostering a positive, therapeutic atmosphere through person-centered care. Your work will promote independence, self-confidence, and engagement in meaningful activities.
You will also assist with essential medical tasks, including monitoring vital signs, aiding mobility exercises, and ensuring accurate documentation of patient progress. Your contributions will be crucial in creating a nurturing environment that encourages healing and growth.
