The pharmacist is responsible for providing safe and cost-effective medication therapy by developing and monitoring evidence-based pharmacotherapy care plans. Key duties include reviewing medication orders, consulting with medical staff, and supervising pharmacy technicians and interns.
A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required, while a Doctoral degree is preferred. Candidates must obtain a Pennsylvania Pharmacist License within 90 days of hire.
