The technician will provide essential personal and medical care support to patients recovering from brain or spinal cord injuries, including assistance with bathing, medication management, and basic wound care. They will also facilitate prescribed physical and occupational therapy exercises and document client progress while fostering a positive, therapeutic atmosphere.
A high school diploma or GED is required, although prior healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level role. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds, commit to scheduled shifts, and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
