The role involves delivering individualized, evidence-based speech and language therapy to children with developmental and communication disorders in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, implementing play-based interventions, documenting care, and collaborating closely with families and the interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and hold an active state SLP license or be eligible for licensure. The Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
