- Integris Health Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation (JTR) in Edmond is an 18‑bed inpatient rehabilitation facility specializing in the recovery of patients following stroke, amputation, orthopedic injuries, and a variety of other conditions.
- Care is delivered by a dedicated multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and therapy professionals who work collaboratively to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- We focus on patient-centered care, education, prevention of complications, and support for patients and families throughout the rehabilitation journey.
- The Staff Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process May be required to float to other units.
- May be required to participate in on call status.
- This position requires population specific competencies.
- Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires.
