Registered Nurses are responsible for the planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process, which includes Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. They must also develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, family, and interdisciplinary staff, and communicate clinical condition changes to physicians and supervisors.
Candidates must possess a minimum of an Associate’s degree and hold a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of the hire date.
