A Certified Medical Assistant will typically see upwards of 30 patients per day, responsible for general clinical and procedural patient care under the supervision of practice management or providers. Responsibilities include performing various independent procedures such as rooming patients, collecting vitals, administering injections, and conducting specific tests.
Applicants must be a Certified Medical Assistant who has graduated from a recognized Medical Assistant program, holding a High School diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in an ambulatory health care facility is preferred, and CPR certification is required within the first three months of employment.

Prior experience in ambulatory health care facility preferred Ability to learn related center tasks and be of assistance to management and physicians. Self-motivated to achieve the highest patient care and customer service standards. CPR certified within the first 3 months of employment. Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding Familiarity with the EPIC EMR is strongly preferred. Thorough understanding of HIPAA law.
