The Resident Services Associate provides personalized service and care to each resident according to their individual service plan, which includes assisting with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, and mobility. This role also requires maintaining awareness of residents' health status, responding promptly to needs and emergencies, and assisting with tasks like medication prompting and meal service.
Candidates must possess a current State Specific Nurse’s Aide Registration and demonstrate a passion for working with seniors. Essential physical requirements include the ability to perform demanding tasks such as pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs, along with maintaining positive working relationships with residents and staff.
