The role involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care within established nursing standards. Responsibilities also include promoting patient and family-centered care, educating patients and families on managing illness, and participating in activities that promote safety and quality.
The minimum requirement is a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing with no prior experience required. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience.

We also are a prime choice for patients who have had spinal surgery, have been affected by a stroke, or have other neurological deficits or diseases. Our unit is mostly private rooms with advanced technology, dedicated leadership support, and skilled preceptors who want to help develop you into the nurse you have the potential to be.
