This role involves providing comprehensive care within a new 24-bed Comprehensive Liver Care Unit specializing in Liver Transplant and Transplant Hepatology populations requiring intermediate and acute care. Nurses will manage patient assignments with ratios of 1:3 or 1:4, supported by 24/7 in-house provider coverage.
Candidates must possess current RN licensure in Virginia or a compact state and AHA BLS HCP Certification. Experience requirements vary by clinical level, ranging from no prior experience for Clin I to 3 years of clinical experience for Clin III, with a requirement for all non-BSN nurses to enroll in an RN to BSN program within two years of starting.
