Position Summary

We are seeking two Urgent Care Therapists for enhanced positions at our Front Porch Urgent Care Center. These roles provide clinical services to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use needs, with a strong focus on crisis intervention and suicide risk assessment. Clinicians in this role will utilize evidence-based practices, including the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) framework. Key Responsibilities Provide screening, assessment, diagnosis, and evaluation services Deliver crisis intervention, including suicide risk assessment and safety planning Provide clinical case management services Offer consultation and education to community members and partners Work with individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions Apply the CAMS framework in clinical practice Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of suicide-specific quality standards Maintain accurate and timely documentation Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Master’s degree in a recognized mental health field required Licensure preferred 1–2 years of experience providing therapy to mental health and/or substance use populations required Minimum of 1 year of emergency/crisis experience with psychiatric assessment preferred Strong clinical skills in mental health and addictions required Experience with evidence-based suicide care preferred Qualifications

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a recognized mental health field, and licensure is preferred. Experience in therapy for mental health/substance use needs and crisis/emergency settings is beneficial, along with reliable transportation.
