This role involves performing the duties of a Private Duty Care Aide while also managing scheduling tasks. The associate will use limited independent judgment based on established guidelines to solve problems and knows when to escalate issues to a supervisor.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for one year of experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting. Candidates must possess working knowledge of PCs, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and be capable of meeting physical demands such as standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasional weekend or night work.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
