About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You’ll collaborate with licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to help children reach developmental milestones through engaging, therapeutic care. Scheduling Options: Part-Time: 12–24 visits/week Full-Time: 25+ visits/week We work around your availability—daytime and after-school visits are both needed! Compensation: 4 unit treats $50/ visit 3 unit treats $40/ visit 2 unit treats $30/ visit Key Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. Assist in assessing functional abilities using standardized and non-standardized tools. Educate families on home programs, adaptive strategies, and daily routines. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care coordination. Participate in patient evaluations, team meetings, and discharge planning.
