The Registered Nurse will deliver competent clinical care in the Med-Surg Department by utilizing the full nursing process, including assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. This involves collaborating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to provide physical and psychological support to patients and restore their health.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing with knowledge of the nursing process and its application in patient care. Required qualifications include a current RN license from Texas or a Compact state, and current BLS certification, with ACLS required within 12 months of hire.
