The Behavioral Health Consultant collaborates within the healthcare team to treat patients with behavioral health needs (mental health, substance use) using an integrated care model. This role involves providing direct behavioral health services via warm hand-off to children, adolescents, and adults, and responding to urgent clinical issues.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in mental health clinical service delivery. Training in various therapeutic interventions is required, and the ability to test for state licensure (LCSW or LCPC) is preferred.
