We’re looking for a detail-oriented Medical Coder & Biller to manage the full billing cycle for our dermatology clients. You’ll handle claims start to finish — coding, submission, follow‑up, and collections — with precision and care. Every detail matters, and your accuracy will keep revenue flowing smoothly. What You’ll Do Review patient records and code dermatology procedures (ICD‑10, CPT, modifiers). Submit clean claims and minimize rejection and denial rates. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits before submission. Work denials — identify root causes, appeal when appropriate, and prevent repeat issues Manage A/R and follow up on unpaid claims and patient balances. Handle patient billing questions professionally. Collaborate with providers to improve documentation accuracy. Maintain organized, confidential billing records. Track payer changes and stay current on coding updates.
