Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients. Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client situations. Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care. Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to enhance therapeutic skills. Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. Current and valid LMFT license in the state of practice. At least two years of experience working in a therapeutic setting with families and couples. Strong understanding of family systems theory and therapeutic modalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients. Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines in practice. Proficiency in using electronic health records and other relevant software.
