Description: The MUSC Orangeburg Emergency Department is a Level III Trauma Center with 43 treatment areas. We are also a level II SAFE designation. We proudly serve the surrounding communities of Orangeburg, Calhoun, Bamberg, and Barnwell counties for all their acute healthcare needs. As a Registered Nurse within our department, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a diverse healthcare team that utilizes research and best practice to provide the utmost care for our patients.
Full Time 36 hours per week (3 x 12-hour shifts) Now Offering $20,000 Sign-on Bonus for night shift!
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36
Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit and coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
Regularly exposed to infectious, contagious and blood borne diseases.
Contact with patients under a wide variety of circumstances.
Exposed to unpleasant elements including accidents, injuries and illnesses.
Subject to varying and unpredictable situations.
Must be able to handle emergency or crisis situations.
