The role involves delivering coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards, which includes collecting data, analyzing assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions. Additionally, the nurse will supervise assigned staff, coordinate care with other disciplines, and promote health and a safe environment.
Candidates are required to hold a Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice and possess certifications including CPR/BLS, AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS, S.T.A.B.L.E, AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS, and Fetal Heart Monitoring. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and acute care facility experience are preferred.
