Position Summary

A growing healthcare organization in Central and Northern Michigan is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to help expand and restore vital cancer care services to the community. This role offers access to comprehensive oncology resources and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary cancer care team. The program emphasizes individualized, patient-centered care supported by advanced clinical trials, precision medicine, and supportive therapies focused on quality of life and side-effect management. Responsibilities

Provide full-scope Medical Oncology and Hematology care Manage a mix of new and established oncology patients Average of approximately 30 new patients per month Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and tumor boards Flexible scheduling with potential travel to satellite oncology clinics as needed Immigration Support J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available Certifications & Licensure Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology and Hematology Active state medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure Required Education Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency Fellowship training in Hematology and Medical Oncology Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with RVU-based incentive compensation Sign-on, start-up, and retention bonuses available (up to $300,000 for qualified candidates) Comprehensive benefits package, including: Relocation assistance Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, and CME) CME allowance Retirement plans with employer matching Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Professional liability insurance with tail coverage
