  • Available: 1–2 Psychiatrists A behavioral health facility in Naples, Florida, is seeking one to two Psychiatrists to join their growing team. The program is actively expanding, with a current census of approximately 40 patients and the capacity to increase into the 80s. Position Overview This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative behavioral health setting, providing comprehensive psychiatric care. Candidates must be comfortable working alongside and supervising mid-level providers within a team-based care model. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Collaborate with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary staff Provide clinical oversight and support to mid-level providers Maintain timely and accurate documentation Participate in call coverage as required Additional Notes Facility census currently at 40 patients with projected growth Must be comfortable practicing in a collaborative model with mid-level providers Immediate candidate review and clearance requested This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing behavioral health program in a highly desirable Florida location.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency program Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA registration (or ability to obtain) Comfortable working in a higher-volume setting Strong team collaboration skills Compensation & Benefits $380k salary, flexible and negotiable for the right candidate Full benefits available for providers working 32+ hours per week Health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage License and DEA reimbursement 401(k) with employer match Additional standard benefits and support

Requirements

Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree, completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency, and be Board Eligible or Board Certified. An active Florida medical license and DEA registration, or the ability to obtain them, are mandatory, along with comfort in a high-volume, team-based environment.
