Primary Care / Family Medicine Physicians Full-Time | Outpatient-Focused

Position Summary

A well-established medical practice is seeking a full-time Primary Care / Family Medicine Physicians to join a collaborative care team in a community-based outpatient setting. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages and values continuity of care within a supportive practice environment. Position Highlights Established practice with a loyal patient population 100% outpatient primary care Full patient panel Collaborative team environment with physician and NP/PA support On-site services may include laboratory, imaging, and rehabilitation Shared call schedule with other physicians Practice location may qualify for national student loan repayment programs Emphasis on quality care, professional development, and work-life balance

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients using appropriate medical judgment and evidence-based practices Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan Coordinate patient care, including referrals, follow-up, and care transitions Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and cost-effective care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that meets regulatory and payer requirements Participate in inpatient and outpatient consultation and call coverage as needed Engage in academic, educational, or research activities as requested Certifications & Licensure Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Primary Care specialty Active state medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure Required Education Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan Comprehensive benefits package, including: Professional liability insurance with tail coverage Medical, dental, and life insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Paid vacation time CME allowance and CME days Relocation assistance Tax-deferred retirement plan with employer matching

Requirements

Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or a Primary Care specialty and must have successfully completed an ACGME-accredited residency program. An active state medical license or eligibility to obtain one is also required.
