The role involves providing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within 13-week full-time contracts in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Behavioral Health (BH) settings. LPNs must be adaptable to work diverse care environments during day and evening shifts.
Candidates must possess an active LPN license in New York and demonstrate strong skills in communication, organization, and de-escalation. The position requires the ability to work full-time on day and/or evening shifts.
