We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Radiologist to provide inpatient, on-site diagnostic imaging services at a hospital-based practice in Zephyrhills, Florida. This position offers a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule and focuses on high-quality, timely imaging interpretation in a collaborative clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Interpret a broad range of inpatient diagnostic imaging studies, which may include X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy, based on training and credentialing. Provide imaging coverage for inpatient units and the emergency department. Communicate findings clearly and promptly with referring physicians and care teams. Participate in on-site radiology coverage during scheduled shifts. Ensure accurate, timely, and complete reporting in the radiology information system and electronic health record. Adhere to departmental protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and performance improvement activities. Support patient safety initiatives and evidence-based imaging practices. Schedule and Work Environment 7 days on / 7 days off rotating schedule. On-site, hospital-based position.
