A well-established, multi-physician gastroenterology group in eastern Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its growing practice. The organization operates multiple outpatient clinics and ambulatory surgery centers, supported by strong hospital affiliations and an established referral network. Position Highlights Two-year pathway to full partnership 4.5-day work week Eligible to buy into the ambulatory surgery center beginning Year Two Light call schedule with fellowship support for first call Teaching and mentoring opportunities through an affiliated fellowship program Opportunities to participate in clinical research initiatives with additional earning potential Practice Environment Collaborative, physician-led culture emphasizing collegiality, shared decision-making, and work-life balance Multiple outpatient locations and ambulatory surgery centers across the region Strong hospital partnerships and established patient base Longstanding reputation for high-quality gastrointestinal care Location The practice is located in a highly desirable suburban region of eastern Pennsylvania, offering: Excellent public and private school systems Affordable cost of living Easy access to Philadelphia and other major East Coast cities Abundant outdoor recreation, including mountains, hiking, and nearby coastal destinations

Qualifications

MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure Compensation & Benefits Year One total compensation approximately $430,000 Year Two compensation includes base salary, retention bonus, and ASC distributions with projected earnings of $650,000+ Partner earnings potential $700,000+ Six weeks of annual paid time off for partners Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice coverage, retirement plans, and CME support
