Primary Care Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant We are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide personalized, integrative primary care that blends traditional and functional medicine. Active Oregon NP or PA license (or eligibility to obtain) Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine (or applicable specialty) Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred Interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine Strong communication and teamwork skills EHR proficiency (NextGen experience preferred)
