Primary Care Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant We are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide personalized, integrative primary care that blends traditional and functional medicine. This role focuses on identifying root causes of illness and empowering patients to achieve optimal health through comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300,000+

Qualifications

Active Oregon NP or PA license (or eligibility to obtain) Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine (or applicable specialty) Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred Interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine Strong communication and teamwork skills EHR proficiency (NextGen experience preferred)

Requirements

Candidates must possess an active Oregon NP or PA license or eligibility to obtain one, along with board certification in Family or Internal Medicine or an applicable specialty. A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, alongside a strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
