The physician will provide comprehensive health services to patients of all ages, including conducting physical examinations, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic illnesses. Key duties also involve creating individualized treatment plans, engaging patients in health education, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records.
Candidates must possess an M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. A current California medical license, valid DEA registration, and excellent communication skills are mandatory for this role.
California Must be open to 1 day a week of Geriatrics Commonwealth Medical Services is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Practice Physician to join our team in California. Our practice is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages, ensuring that health and wellness are at the forefront of our services. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive health services across all age groups, from infants to seniors. Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses effectively. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Create and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating preventative care strategies. Engage patients in their health journey, providing education on disease prevention and management. Keep accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records. Participate in community health initiatives and wellness outreach programs.
M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Current California medical license or eligibility for licensure. Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to quality patient care and continuous improvement.
