Candidates must possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree and hold or be eligible for a dental license in the state. The ideal applicant is a motivated new graduate eager to learn within a team-oriented practice, demonstrating strong communication skills.
Conduct dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues in patients. Perform a range of dental procedures under the guidance of senior dentists. Assist in the development of treatment plans based on individual patient needs. Provide preventive care and education to patients on oral health best practices. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care and a positive experience. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Engage in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
