The role involves providing comprehensive care by performing physical examinations, diagnosing and managing health conditions, prescribing medications, and promoting preventative health measures for diverse patient demographics. Responsibilities also include collaborating with healthcare teams, documenting care accurately, and educating patients and families on health-related topics.
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Nursing or have completed an accredited Physician Assistant program, along with current state licensure and national certification as an NP or PA. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in family medicine or primary care, alongside strong critical thinking and excellent communication skills.
